you can use your Bluetooth connection on your phone and a bluetooth dongle on your pc. Some phones DO NOT :-( let you access the file on your phone though. But here is a tutorial on how to connect to your phone. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2054243,00.asp
